For those of you who haven’t heard of this amazing duo, we’d like to share with you the work of Bompas & Parr. We are in awe and completely smitten by their creations. Dubbed as the UK’s jelly mongers, It is so fantastic to have such a diverse inspiration in our field. We are so excited that they will be joining forces with burch and purchese to host what is promised to be an unforgettable evening. This event will take place tonight in The Gershwin Room, at The Esplanade Hotel in Melbourne. This is part of the Melbourne Food and Wine festival which you can read all about here .
If you are able to get tickets, this is an event not to be missed! Head on over to the Bompas and Parr website for some serious eye candy. We just love their mix of sweets and architecture.
